This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Aerem Solutions Private Limited (Aerem) and/or all of its direct or indirect affiliates,subsidiaries including Aerem Finance Private Limited; uses, collects, maintains and discloses information collected from the users (each, a "User") of the / website ("Site") when you access or use our website and other online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Aerem.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

Aerem adopts appropriate data collections, storage models and security measures to protect against alteration, unauthorized access, disclosure of your personal information, security credentials, transaction information and data stored on our website. Upon specific request, we will remove/block your personally identifiable information from our database, leading to cancelling the registration. However, the information may remain stored in archive on the servers even after the deletion or the termination of the account.

Aerem will retain User information will until the User's account is active or needed to provide services to the User. Aerem will also retain and use User information as necessary to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce its agreements or for any other business purposes.

Applicable Laws

This Policy shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India, and subject to the provisions of arbitration set out herein, the courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction concerning any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

If a dispute arises between Aerem and the User regarding the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of any provision of the Policy, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, which rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference in this clause.

There shall be one (1) arbitrator, and the seat of the arbitration shall be Mumbai, India.

The language of the arbitration proceedings and all written decisions and correspondence relating to the arbitration shall be English.
