UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team at Aerem. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience working on SaaS products. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user

interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product managers and engineers to gather and evaluate user requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and design graphic user interface elements.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, friction in user flows)
• Create User Personas, Design Surveys, Perform A/B Testing
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images.

Requirements:

• Work experience of min 3+ years as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
• SAAS product experience 
• Portfolio of design projects
• Up-to-date knowledge of Figma
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Good time-management skills
• Domain-specific knowledge (Preferred)
  Solar PV: Experience working in the solar energy industry with knowledge of photovoltaic systems, design software, and project management.
